Actionable advice would be nice, instead of as much non-tangible suggestions and such. Nonetheless, hated this book in the beginning and din't even know who Russ was. It wasn't until the book mentione dhis song Goodbye and I decided to give it a listen, that everything clicked and I began to respect and open-up-to the author's opinions. Well done overall.
