I have loved the game for years. However I tried to change my subscription at one point from monthly to yearly because of a sale. From that point on I was double billed. When I tried to cancel it was still billed. When I finally spoke to an employee on the phone about a refund for a product I hadn't been able to use for months at that point I was given assurance that the problem was corrected and a partial"good faith" refund. Months later I'm still being billed.
I will never recommend anyone sign up with this company ever again..
