Despite all the plot turns and surprises, I found the show(and maybe the book it is based on) poorly written. One wishes to see the protagonist not just an innocent victim but also show some some wit and skills to fight back. Here the hero "Mateo" is shown just as someone who either keeps running away or falling prey, never ever really giving a good fight back to villains.

Leaves you with a weird feeling of what is really right way to live..
