As far as prequels go, which is essentially what this series is, this is the only worthwhile effort I've seen. It unearthed and answered a lot of questions about Breaking Bad that we never even knew we had, and somehow it did so without overly-conflating the two flawed but fairly solid plotlines. Manages to fine-tune and flesh-out the character of 'Saul,' after the fact, as well. If you've gotten through Breaking Bad wanting more, this ought to get the job done for you.
