This is the worst airline ever!! Seats are super hard, non/recline… No complimentary water or snacks!!! Water is charged at a rate of 2.99 a bottle! Our flight was delayed and no one provided any information! We sat for hours while they worked through where we would board. My bag was 1 pound over …. 51 pounds….and the charge was an additional $75.00. I will never fly this airline again and will provide family and friends of the horrible service provided.
