A great watch! as you would imagine it would be but I feel it didn’t meet the hype and unrealistic expectation following IW. It was a little dislocated in parts when various members partnered in pursuit of the stones and the ending felt too simplistic. I was most disappointment with Thor. Marvel have done a good job tacking social issues and with likes of BP and CM but the fat shaming of Chris Hemsworths Thor whom was stuffing from PTSD and depression with gimmicky prosthetics was not only in very poor taste but came across very cheap. I imagine if this had been done to Black Widow we would talking about this movie for different reasons. All this aside, there are some great scenes in this film most notably Captain America’s fight scene in the final encounter. I felt this film could have been broken down into two, taking more time with some of character arcs, but all in all it was a great watch and I’m now left gutted that some of the anchors of the Marvel Cinematic Universe have gone. Thanks team Marvel and Stan Lee it’s been an amazing decade.
