I love this show. Kevin Costner and the rest of the cast are great. My Great Grandmother owned a large working cattle ranch. She did cattle drives and gave riding lessons. The show gives this California girl an inside look at how ranches really worked.

I did feel sorry for Carrie Ann during the subject of use of the N----- word. She asked a question that many others have asked about use of that word. If people call themselves the N----- word in song and conversation why is it so terrible when a non black uses the word? That is a question I have asked myself also. So I'm glad that Carrie Ann asked the question so that we can understand. I have never used that word. I'm glad that the Country Music arena has acted swiftly.
