Luke Rider

This is the first, and probably the last, time I will have written a review. However, I feel the need to communicate how terrible this movie is. If you have ever read any of the books, even one, this movie is not for you. I, being a big fan of the original books, hated so many things about this movie. For starters, the movie begins with a scene of Artemis surfing. if you've ever read the books, you'll know that he spends all day inside. And yet, there he is, on the beach. But that's just a small inconvenience. Even as a standalone movie, it's just a really bad project. The main villain gets about 3 minutes of screen time, and the movie is so short, there isn't time to develop any of the characters, so If you haven't read the book, you won't know anything about anything of the characters. This movie is a perfect example of why the authors need to write the scripts for these things.
