I'm no film critic but I've watched this film three times in the last four days.
The first ten minutes I was wondering if I could continue to watch this down trodden man be demeaned by letting his family down when his house was burgled and he did nothing to protect them.
On discovering his daughter's kitty key ring was stolen something snapped in him and the film took off and from there on it was a roller coaster of twists and turns brought about by the realisation that this meek suburban family man was previously an elite assasin who inadvertently becomes involved in a Russian mafia revenge operation and reignited his violent blood thirst along with amazing choreography and a great sixties soundtrack.
Implausible at times but nevertheless a great watch, great performances all round and I'm sure ill watch again very soon!
