We've been holding off watching the last episode of this Netflix series because we have enjoyed it so much. Hard to make chess exciting but the combined efforts of those involved in this production pulled it off, plus a good storyline about a young girl facing terrible odds to achieve her potential. Anya Taylor-Joy excels at making the main character Beth seem entirely believable as a brilliant but unusual chess prodigy. I think we will be seeing a lot more of Taylor-Joy in the future.
