This is not for the faint of heart/children. It is extremely violent. Half of the movie children in the theatre were covering their eyes. As a Keralite myself we are not used to this kind of content. We were also very disturbed by the movie. It includes uncensored cutting neck with dagger, decapitating with axe, smashing head with spade, chopping body into multiple pieces, boiling to death etc. All graphic and uncensored. That being said, the true power of Rajini sir was shown here. The guest roles (Jackie Shroff, Mohanlal) were given a decent amount of importance. Music was also decent. Good for dancing/vibe but no lyrical meaning. At the end of the movie it is very unbelievable (like most Tamil movies). What I mean is, in Beast it is just Vijay vs about 50 terrorists. Very unrealistic. I won't give details on the end of Jailer as spoiler but it is also very unrealistic.
