Firstly, I'm just going to start off by saying that this show is pure bias and xenophobia. From editing to screentime. They gave Korean applicants more screen time than foreign trainees.
Secondly, The producers do not play fair in this show. They are biased to certain applicants. (Mostly the Korean applicants.) When the producers were creating BTS, BTS was not perfect at all. They worked hard over the years to become successful as they are now.
The producers really want all-around PERFECT members to make their debut group. That is literally impossible. No one is PERFECT. There have to be one or two things an applicant lacks. But the producers do not understand. They eliminate off of the stupidest things. From facial expressions to not perfect movements, to looks, etc. THOSE CAN BE CHANGED OVERTIME! Thirdly, the producers are harsh as they look for talent over personality. (Most of the applicants who have been eliminated have the best personality in this show.)
Overall,
I would've given this show 3 stars at most, but no.
Hanbin, a Vietnamese contestant has been eliminated and he literally has a heart of gold. He is motivated and sweet. Every episode that has come out every Friday, he keeps improving. From dancing to singing to facial expressions! But he was eliminated unfairly.
I am really disappointed in this show.
I thought this show was made to improve each contestant's weak spots.
Hanbin would have made a perfect addition to the debut group, but he was eliminated because of the producer's choice.
In conclusion,
I don't think this debut group is going to be as successful as BTS.
