SPOILER ALERT!
All in all, Loki is definitely a show worth watching!
I believe the show has done a good job humanizing each of its characters and stay true to its theme of "no one is entirely good or bad." There was no pure hero or villain on this show. He Who Remains was trying to save the universe by cutting off the multiverse of madness. Ravonna had done her fair share of "executing" of innocent variants, but she has been lied to as well. Loki, the protagonist, has a history of crimes and betrayals.
I adored Loki's journey from a guarded and unstable man (god) to a person who is willing/trying to care for others and make genuine friends. I loved the fact that Loki now has connections outside of the one with his brother and family. He chose to be independent from who he is "supposed" to be, and instead went on the road to become who he truly is under his walls and facades. Mobius, B-15, and Sylvie are wonderful side characters with intriguing personalities. And the chemistry between Owen Wilson and Tom Hiddleston is endearing!
