Reshna Chittanattil

I was excited to watch this drama because of the lead pair who had also starred together in their previous work Legend of Yunxi. This drama failed to meet my expectations. The female lead's mistrust for the male lead is a bit annoying. Just when you thought that they'd put an end to it after promising to not keep lies from each other, they revert back to their old ways. The second lead couple is much more interesting to watch. *SPOILER ALERT* The plot is quite boring and keeps dragging on for no reason. They could have played around a lot more and emphasized the role of the Ruyi Pavillion much better rather than just reducing it to an organization that did a bad deed because of a forged letter written by the villain. All this being said, it wasn't a very good drama but not that bad either. I think you can only sit through this drama until the very end only if you are a fan of the actors.
