I have a suggestion - should all supermarkets allow Click and collect on groceries to be placed only by NHS Staff so they can collect their goods at a time convenient to them as they all work over the 24 hour period and are not necessarily available when the shops are open for them! Perhaps a dedecated email line in for them - and show your NHS pass when you collect !
