Worst Zelda game ever made. I figured someone had to say it. I played it when it first came out and I still can't believe how big it became. Look the world was amazing, and the combat system was decent, but the breaking weapons was where I got frustrated. Zelda was always about diving into a dungeon to get a cool weapon or item to aid you in your journey. The best Zelda was A Link to the Past. Getting the big key and racing back to the big chest was the most suspenseful thing ever. It was like waking up on Christmas morning and racing to the tree to open your presents. That's why the older Zelda games have replay value. Botw does not. I was glad when I finally beat it. I have not touched it since, and it did not warrant a sequel.
P.S. there were a couple of weapons I never used. They looked cool and I did not want them to break. The giant lightning sword was one. The guys who drop them were rare and when I did find one to fight it rarely dropped the sword.
