This is perhaps my 2nd favorite Spider-man game of all time. I think Ultimate Spider-Man from 2005 was probably best. But Web of Shadows was super fun with the many villains that Spidey battled. And I really like Luke Cage’s role as Spidey’s teacher and mentor. I especially loved the awesome Wolverine fighting scene. The battles were long and satisfying. They never felt tedious or overwhelming but just right. The only downside to the game was a dark overtone especially towards the end.

The writer at WIRED who reviewed this game should be FIRED. The writer allowed his disdain for Rowling’s transgender remarks to purposely give Hogwarts a terrible review. That is so unfortunate for those who depend on these “professional” reviews to help determine whether a game is worth buying. Unless WIRED writes an unbiased review of Hogwarts I will NEVER visit their website again.

I am so very impressed with every aspect of this show's production. It is as addictive as the game. I can hardly wait to see season 2 which I assume will be released at the end of 2020.
