I saw the Hindi version starring Girish Karnad . The last scene where Karnad sings " Dhanya bhagya Seva Ka avasara Aya " and almost loses his breath. The young child of the heroine takes over masterfully as the heroine hidden from him has tears in her eyes - tears of joy !
