Checked out book and cook book at library. Was so excited about what I had heard of this food plan and results. Well just another bunch of rich people that can afford to buy things like a pressure cooker and all those lovely expensive unavailable fruits and vegetables here in the midwest. In the winter here, the best you can hope for fresh is potatoes, onions, maybe a few very high priced apples or a few oranges. But I don't know of anyone that can afford these foods. So sad.

Love this show, Sara is great Michael ok to. But whats with this Keke person? she is cute and has great energy, but she seems to have the limited speech ability of a 13yr old, and I know she is only in her late 20s, but come on..really.........this is an adult on national tv. Just found out you are thinking of keeping her on as 3rd co-host. If so, you just lost me as a regular view. She is the example of the prime reason that young women not taken seriously. She acts like a nacissistic, petulant child. Grow up, its not cute, its insulting.

I have faithfully watched GMA for years. But they are losing me...Not enough news with George, after all he is the professional, he and Robin. Michael is a joke as a journalist and is fine for funny talk shows but not GMA. And please someone help Laura, she looks very ill, unhealthy skinny. But she is doing better on show, not so much thinking she is the star of the show. Just please have more NEWS with George and Robin......Please. There is alot of news out there, and no its not all bad. Dont forget you are a news show first.
