Excellent production values, visually splendid, but let down by a drab, mostly impassionate cast, who are just going through a weak script.

Really witty content if you follow the Marvel stories. Nuff said.

Fabulous. An alternate take on the Superman story, as the last son of Krypton lands in the Soviet Union instead of Kansas and he is brought up by the state ruled by Stalin. Also a more mature retelling than the comic books from 2003.

A very solid telling of the Bonnie & Clyde story from the lawmen's side. Probably far more accurate than the 1967 Faye Dunaway & Warren Beatty glorified tale by Arthur Penn.

Tarantino has finally matured into a mainstream writer and director. His previous movies were all about the violence, packed with punchy dialogue. Now he's graduated into characterisation and realistic chatter between the principles and Brad Pitt shows he can really act. Well worth spending two hours and forty minutes of your time into an homage to 1960's Hollywood. This is how I remember it.

I loved the series, it was uncompromising in everything it did, based on real characters of the late 19th century. THIS showed the west as it really was... WILD. The film tied up all of the loose ends and was a welcome return to the screen.

Very funny for the generation that lived through the fifties and sixties. Like "Yes Minister" for the Soviet Union, with the in-fighting and back-stabbing. Simon Russell Beale is excellent as a puppet master trying desperately to keep control.

Fabulous. Amazing animation with many layers and more importantly... very funny from the very start. Great fun for all ages.

A more adult approach to (what is essentially) a comic book movie, but with graphic stylised animation. I liked it and would definitely watch more of the same.

Based on the comic book series "JLA : Tower of Babel", this stylised animation (with familiar voice artists), moves at a decent pace and is an exciting addition to the DCU. If I have a gripe, it could have had a tad more exposition into the details of "Fixing the problems", but suitable for older kids and adults. I enjoyed it.
