I hope this will be the only drama of seo in guk that i hate. Usually All of his roles will be different, impactful, genuine. I blame the script. I think the writer had trouble sorting out the humour and serious moments. Just when you think the storyline came on track, there you go: silly and totally unwanted humour like WHY? The basic storyline of catching the criminal is good. If only all the unnecessary scenes were edited out and cut short the drama to 10 episodes, it would have been great to see. Seo In guk as usual, tried a different impactful character, but the script along with the fl betrayed him. I think the writer wanted a story which gives mystery suspense thriller and fun equally, but there's no balance. His character should be more serious when the situation demands, but at times it's like i can't understand him. Whether he really wants to catch the criminal or not. The Fl is in charge of annoyance. Trash character. Does nothing for catching criminal all she does is punching ml and threaten him and steals evidence and stopping him. Which is very much different from her intro. Too much build up only to end up hopeless. Few episodes looks the same to me, ml does something fl blocks him, and then she realise he's right. Repeat. Story isn't moving. And then the pent up scream of fl. Honestly i feel nothing for anyone in this drama. Failed to draw audience sympathy to the leads and feelings. (At least for me). I can't bear to watch a Single moment of romance between the leads. The Fl is not suitable for this drama. She can't do humour I think. It would have been great a tight script and a chemistry between noona detective and nam han joon Or A tight script with the actress who played the sister of fl in true beauty. She would have been perfect for this role. I sincerely hope the writer will make the rest of the episodes more appropriate as I had waited for seo in guks next drama too long. I have been waiting for this. Duh!
