Its unfortunately pushing the 'feminist' angle too obviously, I understand its an intrinsic part of the mothers character but it pervades everything in a way that is forced and dissapoints.
Sherlock is caring, personable and far less interesting or intelligent, which seems to be more of an accident than an active choice to deviate from the famous character as we know him.
It's a shame, I should love this but Im tired of team writers prioritising box ticking over the story itself.
Please do give us strong female characters - but don't make all males pathetic or bad to it, thats not what feminism is, please stop!
