This company has totally gone downhill. I just had my 3rd move with them and the corporate customer service was horrible. The movers themselves were nice enough but rather slow. My move had been scheduled 08/14 and had me waiting all day then at 5:00 pm canceled. I had to call number and get rescheduled for following day. My time meant nothing to them. The driver who canceled was rude and hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone Terrible customer service they offered no discount for taking up an entire day of my life. Perfect example of too big for them to continue caring about the customer service.
