Everyone else on the show can act EXCEPT Vanessa Lachey. Did CBS conduct an audition for the lead role???? Apparently NOT. Her character is as lame as her acting. Thet need to replace her if they want the show to take off like the other NCIS franchises. Katrina Law would have done better!
