Maryke Stagg

Pastor Toller, so well acted by Ethan Hawke who captures Toller's authenticity as a fallible, fragile and vulnerable man in charge of a Church with virtually no flock. This is in sharp contrast to the big talking Evangelicals with their big spending sponsor. I loved the strong environmental narrative. Was the Pastor doomed or was he redeemed by love? This movie left me thinking.
