Absolute garbage. No words to describe how awful this book is for countless reasons. Our school did this for year 11 modA, as a related text to Othello, and what a disaster that was. The book is the definition of poor literature. It lacks techniques to analyse and it’s the opposite to the concept of ‘show not tell’ (which the teachers have been drilling into our heads since primary) And if that wasn’t enough it portrays year 6 children in a sexual way, which made it extremely uncomfortable to read. Don’t waste your time or money on this book and if you are a school please consider other options.
