Another classic example of an interesting premise that sets the start of the film nicely but then loses it at the halfway point, racing towards an obvious climax with a series of rushed, hackneyed and painfully unbelievable scenes. The last 30 minutes had me eye-rolling at long swims through hypothermia inducing water, big rooms on a boat that are seemingly invisible, pieces of paper magically staying dry, handily appearing Scandinavian shacks with spare clothes that fit and the most by the numbers ending I've seen in a long while.
