What happens when a country has a great deal of black money? A number of people go hungry and a few people with black money make nonsense movies. But of course some movies are so bad that you remember them as comedy movies. Terrible acting, predictable plot, cheesy dialogs and the icing on the cake was the News reporter at the end announcing that all the hostages are safe (may be the director forgot about the hostages that were shot dead).
