The movie draws attention from all the directions starting from the side supporting roles to the main characters. The suspence of the story is held until the end and that makes the movie very interesting . A must watch movie !!!

After a long time, got to watch a fabulous tamil movie with a brilliant star cast. Loved all the 5 stories, but my favorite shall be the first one. All of us need a companion and age doesn't matter for that, how beautifully this has been depicted and conveyed. Jayaram, his son, Urvashi and Kalyani.... you guys were simply adorable. ❤❤ Also, GVM undoubtedly gets the best out always and this time as well. A must watch movie to endure and rejoice a delightful and joyous outlook at life.

I was 7 years old when I first watched this film in the theatre. Even as a child at that age I was able to embrace the beautiful story and songs. I remember asking my father to get me the VCD to watch the movie again and again. Maddy, Sridevi and Jyothika have done a fab job and yes a girl and a boy can be friends with no other equations. Indeed such movies are a treat to watch and wish Directors can come up with such light hearted and good scripts today. :)

Being trained under Carnatic Music myself, this was absolutely a treat to my soul. After a long time a series dedicated purely to Indian music was truly enchanting. Each and everyone have played their roles true to their talents and given absolute justice. Can't wait for the next season and what's in the store for the music lovers. Totally a must watch series.

I had watched the same movie being remaked in Kannada and had liked it pretty much. While hunting to watch some good movies on Netflix , I chanced upon this one and within no minute of reading the gist, I got to know it's the same movie I had watched in Kannada. Yet, I decided I wanted to watch this one. Must say, I loved it more for it's originality and pure acting by one of the finest actors Hindi Cinema has ever produced. Starting from Chattopaadhyaay sir from the 18th century era to Rajesh Khanna, Jaya.... wow I am speechless. Yes, old is gold is just not a saying in itself it has indeed got a in depth meaning and emotion. Lastly my favorite learning from this movie - " It is so simple to be happy but it is so difficult to be be simple " .
