I think that the kids in these episodes are in here stupid reasons like anger issues, fighting, etc. Kids fight. That is literally a part of going through middle and high school. Also, I have SEVERAL safety concerns. The inmates have gotten into these childrens cells in A LOT of the episodes. One day, things are going to go bad, and one of the kids is going to get seriously injured, and then the parents are going to most likely sue.
