It's fine. [Spoilers Ahead] So the more it east the weaker it is, for something that transforms people into a behemoth monster that does sound rather stupid and the final showdown is a little lackluster and so are most of the kills. The effects are good but you can barely see them for the most part. I personally like to see monsters so I can appreciate them, I get keeping them hidden for a while but as with Alien It's great to see them finally revealed. The death of the little brother was kinda emotional and interesting was good that it was in there but I wasn't very invested. Most of the movie feels like filler and we barely get a payoff and the characters aren't that investing. A little bit of a shame.

It's a good movie but there's a lot of one note characters and for a robin hood movie there isn't a lot of robin hood shenanigans going on. We have one scene of stealing and being hooded.

It's a fun ride but it's not a strong movie. RDJ's performance is not great and the supporting characters that aren't the animals are bland. It has some okay CGI nothing amazing and it will be dated again in a few years.
