It was watchable but the ending was frankly - just lazy script writing. Let's just kill off one of the main actors (for bad acting I'm thinking) for absolutely no reason or follow up, and then just pick a random character to blame for the whole premise of the mystery. Not a clever plot. Needed someone to do a good edit and bring it down to 3 or 4 episodes or just a movie.

A wonderful production. I was so engrossed with each episode. Those two women are so good but all the stars cast were great.

Yeah I guess this is a 1 star or 5 star movie dependingon your pov... For me 1 star and tbh I couldn't be bothered watching it finished. It literally held no interest for me. I guessed it would be one of those deliberately profound lets be all arty movies - which it was. 'The boy in the striped pajamas'remains the most daunting of holocaust movies.

Love the Auckland based series. It's fun to spot places you know! Best tourist advertisement for sure. Also good to see parts for NZ actors even just small cameos. Love the light heartedness- makes a pleasant relief from all the dark dramas and true life crime on TV and streaming these days.

Draws you in. Would have been better if they just did it in 4 episodes rather than 7 as it just went on and on and lost its edge. All the characters were horrible and would have been happy for them all to get killed off. Never seen any of the actors before and doubt will see any again...

The shorts looked good but it was just a boring film. Sorry.

I'm just impressed that Suranne Jones can play the same character in every series or program she's ever been in.

Yuk. Just yuk. Let's just make a movie for shock value. Okay - job done.

Really enjoyed it and thought the ending was outstanding ! Just reminded me what an extraordinary woman the Queen was. Thought Leslie Manville as Princess Margaret was excellent too. I'll miss the series but happy it ended where it did (and actually I couldn't stomach it if it covered the Sussexes anyway).

Leave the movie behind. Only watched it because Julia Robert's was in it but I'll just rewatch Pretty Woman
