I watched this serie only for Yoo Yeon soek , honestly I think Go Ara has runied his play. I hated every scen where Go Ara played- disgusting facial expression, impolite manner, her eating manner . She is not funny, she is simply disgusting, and her manners are so low that doesn't make sense that a guy like Yoo Yeon Soek fell in love with her. I think genreally the manners in this serie were extremily low and impolite except Yoo Yeon soek. People are always eating and I event don't talk about the manner. I really don't undrestand the message in this serie!!! I didn't like the acting of Go Ara ( next to those two perfect actors) and here I hated her acting evenmore. I just think she shouldn' have a role to have romance with those perfect actors, as their performance is completely wasted with her.

I watched this drama several times and loved it every time, great story,wonderful acting and music and 3 most handsome actors ! Park Bo Gum is acting wonderfully, he is sweet,kind,soft, protective and jealous as he should be and strong with the sense of justice, and extremely handsome! The 3 handsome actors, Pak Bo Gum, Jung Jin Young, Kwak Dong-Yeoung- are great together and keep you watching till the end. Kim Yoo Jung, she is one of the most beautiful and lovely Korean actress . She played very well her role, specially at the 5 first episodes. That would be much better if she spoke out her feeling every time prince express his love -it was very frustrating to watch her say nothing she was just mostly silent ! Bu then again, it's a common acting for women in K-drama. Men are expressing their love with all means and women are only receiving with not much of return ( except in Hwarang). I wasn't fan of K-drama as I find that most of actress scream a lot, and are quiet aggressive towards men and not charming at all- maybe it's a reality in Korea ?? But after this drama, I watched some great drama, such as The moon embracing the sun and Hwarang!

Park So Joon is the reason that I watched this drama as he is just perfect, I love his gentle voice, his great acting and extremely handsome. He plays beautifully his role, a kind,gentle and a perfect guy. I hated the lead actress playing, exaggerating and really unpleasant to watch. If she doesn't feel beautiful there is no reason to act crazy and is completely in contradiction with her young personality. She could just dress better and stop acting crazy and stupid, She is not cool only idiot and crazy. I ended up to skip all scenes that she played and only focused on Park So Joon and hated to see him with her! it's just no match! And it's good to see that for once they show how a fat boy feels, and bullied.

I watched this drama 4 times, the best Kdrama that I have watched so far. I loved the strong, soft and romantic character of Park Seo-joon. And watching Park hyung -sik was a great pleasure. These two actors are so handsome ,they are the perfect men that all girls are looking for! Their love, protection and loyalty- most girls dream of such a man that is so hard to find :( The drama brings many great messages as love, friendship and Justice . The character of the girl is sometimes contradictory, as she speaks smart and deep but act stupid. I think for such a perfect guys, girl character should have been mature and smart and less annoying. It broke my heart that girl was not responsive to all love given by the king (Park hyung-sik), however I could understand that she was fully in love with Park Seo-joon ( who wouldn't be?). I could understand that she fell in love with him even though she thought he was her brother- as he didn't act like a brother, no brother looks at his sister like he did ! I watched the whole drama 4 times in a week and loved it every time! I love watching Park Seo-joon and Park Hyung-sik play! They are perfect! V is lovely and I was sad when he had to die. I loved all episodes and never got bored. I loved the relationship between the two lead actors! They are just perfect,handsome, kind,brave, so strong and play so well. I love both of them!

I like the story, but I really dislike women characters &personalities in this movie. Men characters are all gentlemen,kind and caring and all a woman can dream of, and in contrary, women are boring, annoying, dependent and show no sacrifice for love. However this is what I observed in the most of K-drama that Korean men are mostly shawn very caring and romantic !! What amazed me it was the number of jackets were used for all character, each scene , a new outfit !!
