Must be one of the greatest books ever written. Starts slow but reads great. Full of complex characters that you love or learn to love. Jean Valjean, Javert, Cosette, Marius and Fantine. This novel takes on topics of love, life after crime and overwhelming goodness. It’s a long read but well worth the struggle. Jean Valjean's story made me cry and I never cry. So touching, So beautiful. Would read again.
