I’ve played a lot of COD games, even going back to the Xbox days, like the original Xbox, that had Call Of Duty 3. My favorite COD’s were MW2, MW3, black ops 2, and MW the reboot version we got. I can honestly say that this is the absolute worst COD in existence. Not even worth $5 if it’s on sale. The lack of gun balance is awful to the point that it’s almost unplayable. And what I mean by that is, nobody uses any other gun, then the burst and single shot guns. The score streak you get in the game are awful also. Nobody uses half the things in there because they’re useless. Don’t even get kills with them. Nothing will help because it all falls back on the gun topic. And speaking of guns the grinding for the guns are SO long. Even with 2x XP, it’ll take hours, upon hours, upon HOURS, just for you to get a quarter of the attachments for that weapons. And the spawns (as usual) are awful in every COD game. There’s no need to even say much on that. They don’t care. The movement system is in the right place, they should continue to use this speed, but that doesn’t even matter if the game itself is broken. You will see Youtubers, and all sorts of content creators play different games instead, or even go back to MW, just to appreciate it, or have a sorta polished game ready for them. And remember that MW had mixed feelings about it from people all around. To go back to that game, kinda says a lot for Cold War. For the creators, they just take your money. To give you all a quick perspective, the creators of this game don’t care, they purposely released a 29GB update that was meant for zombies by itself for a brand new map. And Activasion gave weapon balancing to Raven, which they’ve done nothing since... It’s as simple as that, just don’t give them your money. If you want it for zombies, I say go for it. The zombies is great, different, and fun. Campaign is unique in its own way. Campaign: 8/10 Multiplayer: 4/10 Zombies: 8.5/10 Multiplayer is a HUGE part as to why Call of Duty even exist for us gamers, to make the multiplayer as bad as it seems, brings the game down hella. So I advice y’all to save your money. Overall in the end, I would NEVER recommend this game. Just get MW, or save your money up if anything for 2021’s new COD. Even then be skeptical. This game isn’t worth even a penny, so I give this a 1/5 stars, and if I had to rate it 1-10, I would give it a 6/10, maybe less.
