Absolutely loved it. A multilayered sci-fi (not so much horror) story with great acting and visuals. The trailer caught my eyes in the cinema a couple of years ago and so glad I got to finally watch it. It’s suspenseful with subtile comedic bits that help take the edge off. Love the story of the first man on a horse caught on camera and the comment on the use of animals in the entertainment industry. Loved the characters and the ending is epic. I don’t understand why reviews aren’t better but thinking it might be because it’s not really horror and there is actually a few layers that need figuring out.

I remember the first time I watched a Seinfeld episode. It was late night on French tv sometimes in the late 90’s. It was that different at the time: a relatable show about friends in their 20’s-30’s living in NYC and having normal(ish) problems. Clingy friends, dating problems, neighbour disputes, observational comedy and a pinch of cynicism. A pleasure to re watch 25 years later.

I agree with all the negative comments I read yet I had to binge watch it. Something must have gone right. So to my own surprise I give it a 4 stars! But ha ha so many inconsistencies! It’s almost fun just to enumerate them. Good easy watch for a sleepless night.
