I give the girls and parents a lot of credit for putting up with this coach. She is awful and reminds me of a coach I had for all-star cheerleading (in the south, also). Kids don't need someone swearing and shouting at them. Kids perform better when they feel better - can we start treating the under 18 set with more respect since that's how they learn best - by example?!
