Some good and some bad.
Good true story, and overall Okay acting despite some too much hollywood scripting and typical stereotype characterization. The “bully”, the “man who wants redemption”, the “snoob”… etc.. at times the traits were a bit heavy.
The racing is okay however very inaccurate. Cars cannot shift and pass like this. Also the lines are optimized to protect speed and momentum at apex, this was a bit childish to show how easy for him it was to pass his opponents by changing “lines” . You cannot do that.
Also there is an excess of dramatization, everything happening always in the last lap, the last turn, the last meter, the last second.. this probably didn't happen like that and was not necessary.
Overall a okay film but far from reality despite being a true story. Almost ironic. It could have been a much better storytelling, truer, and more dramatic, by dropping the over the top hollywood tricks.
