To all the people who comment on the inappropriate language and the way Julia disrespected her parents, I feel like there is a lack of education on grieving in today's society. Not only is this book about a struggling family losing one of their family members, but it also portrays the expectations and unreachable standards that one must be happy and joyful all the time. It is beautiful and heart-wrenching as well as informative. It is an important read I think for teens and I would highly recommend it.
