Parasite had a slow build to a twisted and disturbing finish. The blood violence was over the top. For that reason alone I do not believe it should have won the "Best Picture. There were nonsequiters. Why did the son have no visual effects of just having brain surgery that saved his life after a horrible blood filled blow to the head. He was smiling and bandage free literally within the next day.
