This show avoids talking about the main issues that these penguins are facing and forces a dramatic narrative around the penguins. It is sad to see so many good reviews of this show because it is clear that many of us are only here to watch the penguins and exploit them for entertainment. Many people stop caring about the penguins' actual well-being. It is humans' fault that these species are endangered but this series avoids that fact which is a reinforcement of the biggest issue we have as humans right now; enjoying entertainment while avoiding the things that are destroying life on our planet.
