Incredible, each scene felt SO real, hilarious. One of the funniest and relatable comedies I’ve ever seen.

10/10 and I can totally see how people gave it low reviews.
If you don’t like being uncomfortable- this movie is probably not for you.
It’s a commentary on mental illness and COMPLETELY unpredictable. Starts off slower and you start getting ideas of where the film is going and then about after the 1/3 or 1/2 way mark, each seen is about as baffling as the next.
I don’t think there’s been anything done like this and it’s difficult to create original film these days: the cast was incredible and in character the entire time.
For regular feel-good movie watchers, I recommend not watching.
For anyone who wants to actually experience the art of film, originality and scene editing? Highly recommend.

Some important details left out BUT the things that were in there, seems accurate. One thing to note is they literally leave a brother out of the film and that seems vital to have???
Bring a box of tissues.
Cast was perfect, movie pacing was great. They do a great job of getting you involved- you actually feel like you’re going through the pain of what would have been experienced in real life.
Highly recommend even though it’s depressing.

Absolutely incredible. Not only was this story a strong representation, but it was amazing as a musical. The dance choreography, the very strong vocals, the script, the acting, the scene editing.
The pace of the movie was perfect. Highly recommend

I didn’t expect much, but felt myself bored.
The only redeeming factor of the entire movie was its beauty- visually STUNNING movie.
The things that made it long to watch- the only two songs that were good were OG songs- all the other songs were repetitive and LONG. The seen cuts were too long and that probably had to do with poor film editing. The script wasn’t great.
Probably the biggest disappointment is that there was not a single strong singer in the film. It was easy to tell that shallomet is very inexperienced in that kind of a role.
Didn’t love the plot line and it was annoying that the little thwy said about the father, didn’t have anything to do with him being a dentist.
Some scenes would go on and on and on and you just wish they’d get to the next part of the movie.
I’m giving it a 2/5 just for the beauty of the film, but hands down would not see again unless I wanted to do nap time

Super silly. And somewhat cringe. It’s like the world is collapsing and they’re sitting around making funny jokes and have no sense of urgency. It’s actually annoying to watch. I thought they’d make up for it with some beautiful underwater art, but they didn’t.

I’m fine with long movies, this one was unnecessarily long. It was really repetitive, a lot of the scenes could have been cut out. Most of the movie felt like it was just scenes of crying to see who could act out crying the best.
Seemed really scripted, the lines didn’t roll naturally. The characters were also annoying and it was hard to actually root for any of the characters.
As for the musical part, all of the music started to sound the same by the end. The songs were the same lines over and over again with almost no creativity; the constant whine of the music almost made me walk out. And I normally love musicals!

I’m easily disinterested in shows. The only shows I’ve ever finished were How I met your mother (with my college roommate) and Outlander. This show is incredible, keeps you hooked with every episode. Perfect acting, ever-changing twists, believable characters, and an intensity that keeps you starving for more even when you can’t stay awake any longer.
