I grew up poor. I remember begging my father to put $100 deposit down on a Nintendo 64 system to rent from Blockbuster for the weekend. A good friend of mine Christian let me borrow Zelda Ocarina of Time. I was so disappointed that I didn't finish the game before I head to return the system, so I had to convince him again the following weekend. And I finished the game with in an hour LMAO. And then I replayed the entire came once more and did better before I had to return it for the second time.
That is all I cared about, was playing Zelda one of my all-time favorite games ever. And still is. Years later... My cousin-in-law LOL Bond a Sega Dreamcast and he had Twilight Princess and I sat there for 4 days straight and played it and beat it
I still do and always have love video games but the way I am, it was a very good idea for me to stop playing because of my anger issues. I've always dabbled. But I did get sucked into Call of Duty zombies LMAO, as an adult I was late to work multiple times because I wasn't paying attention because I needed to get to level 42 hahaha
