I think he gets the trespassing cases wrong most the time. The one with the teenager that trespassed at the railroad is a good example. The judge said they didn’t go far enough to protect the teen. How can the railroad company stop lightning . The lightning and the teen trespassing is what caused his injuries. The judge was wrong.
