Too damned moody and depressing for me. I've noticed the latter part of movie making has been somber, even torched lyrics and melodies to the songs. Unimpressive toys. Batman always had "wonderful toys", as Jack Nicholson said in Batman movie (1989) as the Joker. I was more worried than entertained while watching. I felt melancholy the entire movie. There was no joy to be had even during the comedy spots...unfunny. I could tell this was for the younger generation who follow Marvel and DC characters and it's geared toward them and it shows. There's a difference in many aspects of the direction. The Cinematography is great as well as action. There was too little action and to little cohesive entrée. I was merely 1/4 full at the end. I did love that there were less gun fights. KUDOS for that
