I found the film to be eye opening. I didn’t start eating processed foods until I went off to college and truly that was when I started gaining weight. I pretty much eat healthy now, but recently stopped eating added sugars, which this movie confirmed are bad too. I had been vegan for 2 years. I recently started eating fish, but not opposed to eating meat. I make healthy organic and grass feed food meats for my husband and son. I will definitely try the keto diet to see if my weight actually does adjust back to a healthy norm for me. I am truly looking forward to see progress.
