Nice little addition to the franchise. Loved seeing the OGs in the story. Stay for post mid credit scene.

Just watched Weapons with Josh Brolin. It was a wild movie. I actually liked the different POVs from main & side characters. Spoilers ahead What was really terrifying was Alex POV. Imagine creepy dying Aunt moves in with parents arguing over the decision. Dad no shows for car rider & he walks home to find his parents in a zombie state. Aunt is no longer on hospice & sits you down to show her powers. Alex is threatened into silence. Days go by, isolated & forced to feed parents soup. Aunt decides the parents life force isn't strong enough. She demands Alex bring belongings from all classmates. She does her spells at 2:17am & all the kids run to her basement. A creepy run too. Alex is forced to stay quiet as police interrogate him with Aunt & dad(stroked out is the lie told) Alex the only child in the 3rd grade class, didn't disappear. Police check the house but Aunt is 1 step ahead. Alex is terrified for a month. Everyone else is looking for the missing kids. His teacher feels like something is wrong at Alex home but made to seem like a creepy drunk. Thankfully she doesn't give up & Alex has learned a lot watching Aunties spells. He dishes out karma in the end. The actor who played Alex did a great job showing fear, hopelessness & courage. The other characters deal with creepy stuff but Alex lived the nightmare on a different level. 1 star off for the random gun scene. I get it was dream sequence or whatever but it was unnecessary & bizarre.

I actually liked this film. Teresa Palmer has grown on me. Her acting in this was very good. Spoilers ahead. I was getting into the satanic ritual or possibly supernatural vibe & then the twist happened. The twist is that the twin Elliot was caused by her grief. She crashed her car with her real son Nate while leaving alcoholic husband. The husband went along with the Elliot hallucination & I guess so did the Finland neighbors. Until she kept getting deeper into her delusions. In the end she's standing over graves of husband & kid. She hops into her car & immediately hallucinates husband & twins Nate & Elliot. She is happy again.

Did not disappoint. Loved the tower scenes & it has some easter eggs sprinkled in throughout the film. RIP Tony Todd, he's a legend

I really enjoyed this film. Great odd pair looking for a missing/kidnapped woman. The one scene where he asked Simon if she was a working girl & his answer had me laughing so hard. Especially seeing JDM facial expression. I laughed so hard my voice remote popped the movie off 🙃

It wasn't the worst but it just was goofy. Revenge of the unicorns is probably a better title

The Better Sister was great!!! Glad all the episodes were dropped at once. After 1st episode, it drew me in.

Pam Anderson gave a solid performance. I am so impressed with her. This shows the last 2 weeks before final curtain call on a show that's been going on almost 40 years. Pam puts her heart & soul into Shelly. The Oscars snubbed this. It's a shame but I will continue to look out for any future projects Pam takes on!!

Such a good horror film. At 1st I thought it was connected to 2014 It Follows, but not the case. Mom & daughter actors were good together. Agatha actress was a fun character!! Good story, good acting .
