Terrible!! As a film lover, it was a bad idea to decide to watch this movie in the first place, but it was truly the worst film I have ever seen. It surpassed The Kissing Booth 2 on the scale of truly terrible films. The only reason to watch it is to make fun of it. The plot has too many twists and turns to count and not in a good way. The whole thing feels like terribly written fan fiction by a twelve year old who doesn't understand the concept of good writing, characters, development, or story telling. On top of the terrible plot, the movie is way too long. It dragged on for about half an hour longer than the basic story needed it to. It just seems like the writers really tried to make a very vanilla, boring, and simple high school story complex and it didn't work. It's truly awful. The script is terrible and don't even get me started on the acting. Jacob Elordi is a great actor. His work in Euphoria is nothing short of fantastic. But the boring characters and terrible writing put together made for very vanilla and dry acting mixed with a plot that didn't make sense. I didn't care about the characters at all, and frankly, it's hard to feel bad for white wealthy teenagers with no real struggles. Sure Elle's mom died, but that was years before the third movie. She should be moving on by now and not using her mom's death as ann excuse to be a dumb, annoying, and overall terrible character. Almost everything about this film felt unnecessary. Elle's father's relationship, the beach house (which had never been mentioned before), reconnecting with Marco (Which went absolutely no where with the story), Elle and Noah's fighting and basically everything in the plot added nothing to the film and just made it all the more confusing and basic. Not to mention, the film is also very cringey, and the relationship between Lee and Noah isn't realistic at all. Siblings do NOT act like that, and I would know because I have two brothers and a sister. Overall, this film was awful. The only reason to watch it is to make fun of it. I hope it wins a million Razzies.
