So, taking a hint from Black Mirror, the popular anthology series on Netflix where different stories play out with a sort of a moral ending urging the audience to self introspect, Pita Kathalu is a quick shot at getting a similar attention. Unfortunately and with great margin falls short. Primarily because there lacks a common theme binding all. Love seemed to one, but that was overwritten with multiple other sublime themes. The series lacked a bit of honesty in performances. The idea was fair to bring a gritty message in each story but devoid of performances. The only saving grace was lakshmi Manchu and her villainy desire to succeed. Rest were just there for the sake of it . Good attempt but a sequel might help bridge the gap.
