EA pumps out the same game each and every year with little to no adjustments for the past who knows how many years. Commentary is god awful and almost never keeps up to the game. The soundtrack is horrendous. Franchise had literally 0 change from madden 20. The whole reason we buy the game every year is because it is our only option. EA has exclusive name rights for players and unless the NFL drops them EA can just lazy year in and year out.
